Youth Group
We offer a variety of options for our parishes' youth of all ages!
Pre k thru 6th graders meet each Wednesday 3:30pm-5pm at Immaculate Conception in Macon. Open to all parishioners, whether attending school at ICS or not. A snack starts off the session followed by a fun lesson about a Catholic Saint. Finally, the children offer prayer intentions, pray, then play as parish family, bringing together kids from Cairo, Callao, Bevier, Atlanta, Anabel, Macon, and beyond as one body of Christ!
Pre k thru 6th graders meet each Wednesday from 3:30pm-5pm at St. Mary in Shelbina. We kick off the afternoon with a Saint of the day lesson, group prayer, a light meal and free play. Kids come together as a church family from North and South Shelby schools and beyond.
7th & 8th grade youth meet every Wednesday from 5pm-6:15pm at St. Mary. Praying, eating, chatting, laughing, playing pool and ping pong and learning about our faith are just a few of the happenings here! All 7th & 8th graders from all of our parishes are welcome!
9th thru 12th grades meet at St. Mary each Wednesday evening from 6:15-7:30pm. All parish high schoolers welcome and encouraged to attend. We provide a safe and Christ-centered environment for our youth to ask questions and seek faith based guidance to help them through the most difficult years of many of their lives, high school. When school's not session, we meet some Saturday mornings for Java with Jesus. Watch your flocknotes and check the calendar on NCM Catholic for those times!
7th-12th graders meet twice a month on Sunday evenings at Immaculate Conception and bi-monthly at Sacred heart. These groups are open to all parishioners and include meals, prayer, and fun. Times and location may vary. Please keep an eye on the flock for update info.

All parish 5th-12th grade Catholic summer camps kick-off at St Mary FBC Sun, Mar 26th 6:30-8pm- dinner, door prizes, camp info & testimonials and game show style q and a with your favorite camp priests!
